The 9 worst predictions about Trump's rise to the top

With Trump all but clinching the GOP nomination, we look back at the greatly exaggerated reports of his political demise.

Long before Donald Trump descended the grand escalator at Trump Tower to declare his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination last June, conservative pundits and nonpartisan clairvoyants alike had laughed off the possibility of the real-estate mogul turned reality TV star ascending to the party’s pinnacle, joining the ranks of Ronald Reagan, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. (And, to be fair, Mitt Romney, Alf Landon and John C. Frémont.)
And for months, as Trump gained droves of followers and delegates, their laughter continued.

They’re not laughing Wednesday.
Hours after Trump routed his rivals in Indiana and all but sewed up the Republican nomination, party stalwarts and conservatives long opposed to Trump are coming to grips with the reality of the Manhattan magnate leading their party in the fall.

At first, I was second guessing myself about being too harsh, but it's true.  If you are a member of the anti-Trump crowd, you are an idiot.

How can I say that?  Because if you are a #neverTrump-er (I'm not talking about people who just simply supported another candidate, here.), you certainly agreed with all the predictions in the above story.  Well, you were wrong.  Dead wrong.  A whole shitload of times.  And you never learned. That's idiotic.  There's really no other way of putting it.

Also if you are a #nevertrump-er, you also almost certainly thought that spending all the money mentioned in the story below on anti-Trump ads was a good idea and would be cost effective.  Boy, were you wrong, but don't feel bad.  It's not your fault, you're an idiot.  Idiots are wrong all the time.  Maybe you could get a job as a conservative talk radio show host in Wisconsin.

AMAZING=> Anti-Trump Groups Spent $75.7 Million on 64,000 Negative Ads to Take Down Trump – It Wasn’t Enough

Anti-Trump groups and campaigns spent $75.7 million on 64,000 negative ads against Donald Trump this election cycle. And that’s just broadcast television. Millions more were spent on cable and satellite television ads.
The Never-Trumpers even ran Donald Trump KKK ads – a new low in intraparty fighting.

CNN reported:
The television ad campaign to defeat Donald Trump was at least a $75.7 million effort, according to the ad tracking firm Kantar Media/CMAG. (Their full estimate: $75,723,580)
It comprised nearly 64,000 ad spots throughout the campaign.
And that’s the figure for broadcast television alone. Anti-Trump ads also ran on cable and satellite television, but the tracking data does not capture that.
A pro-Marco Rubio group spent the most against Trump. Conservative Solutions PAC spent more than one out of every four dollars against Trump — about $19.7 million.
One of their spots — “Serious” — was the most-run anti-Trump ad. It ran 3,939 times.
A pro-Ted Cruz group aired the second-most run anti-Trump ad. “Day One” criticizes Trump among other candidates.
The pro-Jeb Bush super PAC Right to Rise USA spent nearly $10 million, the second-most of any group.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign spent $5.2 million on ads with anti-Trump messages, the most of any presidential candidate on either side of the aisle.
Cruz’s campaign spent more than any other Republican against Trump, some $4.3 million.

  1. If Hillary wins, we will never have another Republican President again. Immigration will take care of that and provide a permanent Democrat majority.
Kiss the the second amendment good bye, and begin to accept a permanent second class status as we atone for years of so called "white privilege". You will never receive another earned promotion again in your lifetime, your children will be serfs and spat upon by third world barbarians.
