Kerry goes on Sunday Talk show circuit – refuses to go on FOX News Sunday

Chris Wallace is undoubtedly one of the fairest talk show hosts, but asks tough questions with follow ups. Secretary of State John Kerry attended ABC, CBS and NBC Sunday Talk Shows but declined a request to appear on Chris Wallace’s FOX News Sunday.
A recurring question on all three appearances was what the cost would be to Russia for invading the Crimean and what President Obama had told Russian President Vladimir Putin. The answer on all three talk shows was similar and here is Kerry’s answer to Bob Schieffer of of CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

...and you’re telling me that an employee can just decide on his own, that he is not going to take the responsibilities and requirements of his job seriously, and the people who he is working for, must just sit back and accept it?

Eric Holder: You Really Don’t Have to Enforce Laws You Disagree With

Attorney General Eric Holder is taking the lawless attitude of the Obama administration and passing it down to state attorneys general. Yesterday during an interview with The New York Times, Holder said state attorneys general do not have to enforce laws they disagree with, specifically when it comes to the issue of gay marriage.
Six state attorneys general — all Democrats — have refused to defend bans on same-sex marriage, prompting criticism from Republicans who say they have a duty to stand behind their state laws, even if they do not agree with them.
It is highly unusual for the United States attorney general to advise his state counterparts on how and when to refuse to defend state laws. But Mr. Holder said when laws touch on core constitutional issues like equal protection, an attorney general should apply the highest level of scrutiny before reaching a decision on whether to defend it. He said the decision should never be political or based on policy objections.
“Engaging in that process and making that determination is something that’s appropriate for an attorney general to do,” Mr. Holder said.

  1. I believe this is an Alinsky tactic. You demonize a target, if that does not work you ignore then and pretend they do not exist. Its an attempt to marginalize an enemy. The right should get smart and do the same thing.
